Abstract

В статье представлены и проанализированы некоторые ключевые аспекты кадровой политики в условиях кризиса. Выработана последовательность действий руководителей в условиях кризиса. Сам кризис рассматривается, как положительное явление. В рамках исследования был произведен социологический опрос работающего населения.
