Abstract

В статье автор рассматривает понятие трудовой книжки, а также истоки ее возникновения. Проводит анализ аргументов сторонников и противников отмены трудовой книжки, последовательно разъясняя ключевые моменты. Также автор знакомит с результатами всероссийского опроса и детально освещает основные проблемы возможной отмены трудовой книжки. Исследует судебную практику и указывает на ее весомое значение для рассматриваемого вопроса. В заключение автор приводит свои выводы, отмечая необходимость совершенствования трудовой книжки.
