Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрен процесс и особенности эффективного управления запасами в России и за рубежом. Проанализированы способы управления запасами за рубежом и отечественный опыт управления запасами. На основании теоретических положений и сравнительного анализа сделан вывод об управлении запасами как одном из показателей эффективности деятельности предприятия.
