Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются технологические уклады, их влияние на развитие экономики, а также формирование различных отраслей в рамках ТУ. Анализируются перспективы формирования новых ТУ в ряде стран, на примере США, России, Японии, раскрываются критерии инновационности на основе ГИИ. Исследуются и выявляются основные проблемы развития нового ТУ в России и инновационной деятельности в целом.
