Abstract

в настоящей статье рассматривается вопрос, касающийся первоочередной задачи внутренней политики Российской Федерации противодействие коррупции. В частности, выделяется проблема соблюдения правового механизма предоставления сведений о доходах, имуществе и имущественных обязательств государственных служащих. Автор статьи указывает на необходимость расширения перечня лиц, о доходах, имуществе и имущественных обязательствах которых государственный служащий должен предоставлять сведения.
