Abstract

В статье рассматривается теория Эннеаграммы личности с точки зрения системы управления. Анализируется влияние психологического типа личности на его трудовые взаимоотношения, а также способы формирования эффективных команд на основе индивидуальных особенностей каждого сотрудника. Приводятся аргументы в пользу использования модели Эннеаграммы в системе управления.
