Abstract

В статье рассматривается и анализируется состояние и основные концептуальные направления реализации кадровой политики в МЧС России на современном этапе. Вместе с тем, обозначен спектр нерешенных проблем в сфере кадровой политики МЧС России и необходимость преодоления негативных тенденций.
