Abstract

В этой связи возможности повышения эффективности управления молодежной средой в Ростовской области целесообразно искать не в направлении создания новых областных структур или в увеличении штатной численности государственных и муниципальных служащих. Важно обеспечить переход сложившейся системы управления от процессных к проектным методам работы. Приоритетные направления оптимизации процесса управления реализацией молодежной политики в Ростовской области обеспечат улучшение положения молодых людей, приведут к увеличению вклада молодежи в конкурентоспособность регионов и страны
