Abstract

В статье исследуется механизм внедрения муниципальной службы в Республике Крым после воссоединения с Российской Федерацией. Проведено социологическое исследование для разработки мероприятий по эффективному управлению муниципальной службой, дальнейшего усовершенствования кадровой работы.
