Abstract

В статье анализируются два противоположных подхода к организации времени по принятию и разработке управленческих решений. Рассматриваются основные составляющие эффективной работы руководителя. Раскрываются методы расстановки приоритетов при принятии управленческих решений. Делаются выводы о наиболее эффективном способе принятия оперативных управленческих решений с помощью инструментов тайм-менеджмента.In article two opposite approaches to the organization of time for acceptance and development of administrative decisions are analyzed. The main components of effective work of the head are considered. Methods of arrangement of priorities reveal at adoption of administrative decisions. Conclusions about the most effective way of adoption of operational administrative decisions by means of instruments of time-management are drawn
