Abstract

В статье рассматриваются миграционные потоки региона. Сделаны попытки выявить проблемы и основные тенденции потоков трудовых мигрантов в Ростовской области. А так же, в данной статье рассматривается особенности Ростовской области, которые способствую привлечение иностранной рабочей силы. Делаются выводы о роли иностранной рабочей силы на рынке труда Ростовской областиAnnotation: The migration flows in the region are considered in this article. Attempted to identify the main trends and challenges flows of migrant workers in the Rostov region. Also, the author discusses features of the Rostov region, which helps to attract foreign labor. Conclusions about the role of foreign labor in the labor market of Rostov region
