Abstract

Реформирование системы государственного и муниципального управления в Российской Федерации проходит в условиях изменения структуры современного общества, обусловленного потребностями нового этапа социально-экономического развития. Одним из возможных векторов совершенствования является поиск и внедрение инноваций. Возможным способом приложения этих методик является разработка и проведение образовательных программ по передаче компетенций, связанных с применением метапрограмм в практике управления
