Abstract

В статье анализируются процесс мотивации сотрудников государственных учреждений. Рассмотрены законодательные особенности формирования элементов стимулирования труда персонала Пенсионного фонда России. Определены меры возможного совершенствования системы мотивации работников Пенсионного фонда РоссииA process of motivation of public institutions staff is analyzed in the article.
