Abstract

В статье изучена актуальность мотивации государственных гражданских служащих. Рассмотрены основные модели поведения государственных гражданских служащих в зависимости от преобладания тех или иных ценностей. Обоснована роль ценностей в качестве мотиваторов профессиональной служебной деятельности государственных гражданских служащихThe article studied the relevance of motivation of civil servants. The author reviewed the main models of behavior of civil servants depending on the prevalence of certain values. Justified the role of values as motivators of professional activity of civil servants.
