Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу повышения квалификации региональных госслужащих в системе государственно-частного партнерства. Рассмотрено несколько примеров привлечения инвесторов на ГЧП-проекты в Ростовской области. В статье также анализируются программы обучения госслужащих инвестиционным механизмам при государственно-частном партнерстве.The article focuses on regional training of civil servants in the public-private partnership. Several examples of attracting investors to the PPP-projects in the Rostov region. The article also analyzes the training program of civil servants investment vehicles at public-private partnership
