Abstract

В статье рассмотрены несколько инструментов мотивации на государственной гражданской службе. Обобщены социологические данные и выделены основные мотивы поступления на госслужбу. Наиболее подробно рассмотрен механизм командообразования и степень его влияния на мотивацию государственных гражданских служащих. Выделены основные характеристики успешных командThis article describes several tools of motivation in the civil service.
