Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость изучения мотивационной составляющей государственных служащих, рассматриваются проблемы совершенствования системы поощрений на государственной гражданской службе направленной на повышение результативности деятельности государственных служащих.The necessity of studying the motivational component of civil servants, deals with the problems of improving the system of incentives in the civil service aimed at improving the performance of public servants
