Социальные Льготы Как Мотивационный Фактор: Медицинское Обеспечение Государственных Служащих

Abstract

Данная статья актуализирует вопрос о роли мотивационных факторов и их степень влияния на государственных служащих. Объектом исследования выступают социальные льготы на государственной службе, а предметом является медицинское обеспечение государственных служащих. По итогам анализа теоретикометодологических основ, различных подходов и взглядов на вопрос о социальном мотивировании в целом, и оказания медицинской помощи, в частности, сделаны предложения по вопросу преобразования и усовершенствовании качества данного процесса.
