Пострение Мотивации Государственных Служащих: Мода Или Необходимость

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу необходимости построения мотивации государственных служащих. В статье рассмотрены виды мотиваций персонала, которые будут актуальны для государственных служащих, и выявлены выгоды для руководителей и организации в целом при их применении. Данная статья, во-первых, дает понимание важности построения мотивационной системы для государственных служащих, во-вторых, показывает обоснование необходимости использования конкретных мотивационных инструментов управления персоналом, и, наконец, доказывает, почему не только в коммерческие организации, но в государственную службу необходимо вводить систему мотивации персонала.
