Abstract

В статье представлены результаты социологического исследования, направленного на изучение факторов мотивации и результативности профессиональной служебной деятельности государственных гражданских служащих Ростовской области. Изучено мнение государственных служащих области о системе мотивации, результативности и контроля профессиональной служебной деятельности, выявлены проблемы в данных сферах, а также показаны некоторые направления решения данных проблем.This article presents results of sociological research directed to study factors of motivation and effectiveness of professional activity of civil servants of the Rostov Region. Opinion of regional civil servants about motivation system, effectiveness and control of professional service activities were studied, problems in this area identified and some ways to solve these problems shows
