Abstract

В статье анализируется динамика въезда, выезда и пребывания на территории Ростовской области иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, а также необходимость участия и реализация «Государственной программы по оказанию содействия добровольному переселению в Российскую Федерацию соотечественников, проживающих за рубежом» в Ростовской области.The article analyzes the dynamics of entry, exit and stay on the territory of the Rostov region of foreign citizens and stateless persons, as well as the need for participation and implementation of the "State program to assist the voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of compatriots living abroad" in the Rostov region.
