Ретроспективная Оценка Роли Местных Природных Ресурсов В Обеспечении Роста Отраслей Белорусской Экономики

Abstract

Определение перспектив использования местных природных ресурсов и оценка эффективности их использования проведены с применением корреляционно-регрессионного анализа. Исследова-ние показало, что на рост отраслей в анализируемом периоде существенное влияние оказали два фактора: фондоемкость добавленной стоимости и внешние эффекты. Под внешними эффектами необходимо понимать благоприятную ситуацию на рынке, связанную с ростом платежеспособного спроса на продукцию, благоприятную ситуацию с ценами на международных рынках, в том числе на рынке минерально-сырьевых ресурсов, рост инноваций в определенных отраслях отечествен-ной экономики. Учитывая результаты исследования и выявленные факторы, для решения задачи эффективного использования природных ресурсов и создания максимума добавленной стоимости в отраслях с высокой долей местных природных ресурсов, к стратегиям предприятий должны быть предъявлены следующие требования: технологическая модернизация предприятий, создание замкнутых цепочек создания стоимости, адаптивность менеджмента.
