Abstract

Исследуются факторы инновационного пути развития экономики транзитивного типа. Выполнена типизация субъектов инноваций для условий Беларуси, оценена их роль в инновационном процессе. Констатируется несовпадение интересов основных субъектов инноваций и наличие проблемы «принципалаагента» внутри субъектов. Аргументируется необходимость институциональных преобразований в качестве обязательного условия инновационного варианта развития экономики. Формулируется цель данных преобразований, которая заключается в создании благоприятных институциональных условий для эффективных субъектов инноваций.
