Abstract

В статье проведен компаративный анализ динамики и тенденций изменения индикаторов эффективности использования материальных ресурсов на длительных интервалах времени для совокупности предприятий мясоперерабатывающей промышленности Брестской области. Выявлена степень влияния внешних и внутренних факторов на эффективность управления материальными затратами. Определены направления повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий мясоперерабатывающей промышленности в том числе и на внешних рынках.In the article the comparative analysis of the dynamics and trends of indicators of efficiency of use of material resources over long periods of time for a set of enterprises meat processing industry Brest region. Explores the impact of external and internal factors on the effectiveness of management of material costs. The directions of improving the competitiveness of companies in the meat industry including the foreign markets
