Роль Государственной Поддержки В Обеспечении Конкурентного Уровня Рентабельности Собственного Капитала Аграрных Предприятий Украины

Abstract

В статье осуществлена оценка эффективности системы государственной поддержки аграрного сектора Украины в обеспечении нормы капиталоотдачи и равных условий конкуренции производителей в разрезе отдельных видов сельскохозяйственной продукции. Автором проведен анализ показателей доходности собственного капитала в сельском хозяйстве и других отраслях национальной экономики и оценена инвестиционная привлекательность отдельных видов аграрного производства. По показателям контрибуционной маржи определена степень зависимости финансовых результатов деятельности аграрных предприятий от ценовой конъюнктуры рынка. Значительное внимание уделено сравнительному анализу номинальных показателей поддержки рыночных цен ( NPCр ) по отдельным видам сельскохозяйственной продукции в Украине и других ведущих странах, на основе которого сделаны выводы относительно эффективности правительственных мер по критерию обеспечения равных условий конкуренции отечественным производителям на внутреннем и мировом рынках сельскохозяйственной продукции.
