Электронная Торговля Услугами В Условиях Новой Экономики

Abstract

В статье рассматривается электронная торговля услугами как перспективное направление развития рынка информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Отмечено, что актуальность электронной торговли услугами обусловлена общемировой тенденцией роста доли услуг в ВВП развитых стран, увеличением объемов цифрового контента и расширением сегмента услуг, предоставляемых в электронном виде. Проведен сравнительный анализ сегментации и трактовки понятия «ИКТ-рынок» и рассмотрена факторная модель для изучения этапов становления электронной торговли услугами с учетом текущего состояния и тенденций развития. Обосновано положительное воздействие электронной торговли услугами на экономику Беларуси и выделены наиболее востребованные субсегменты торговли услугами, обозначены и сгруппированы перспективные виды компаний для электронной торговли услугами в Беларуси.
