Механизм Управления Коммуникациями Коммерческого Банка На Основе Применения Нечеткой Модели Принятия Решений

Abstract

В статье предложено построение механизма управления организационными коммуникациями, основанное на анализе существующих механизмов и выявлении их недостатков. Обоснована необходимость разработки механизма управления коммуникациями, позволяющего учитывать неопределенность параметров при их оценке и принимать оперативные управленческие решения. В основу нечеткой модели положено десять основных коэффициентов оценки состояния коммуникаций предприятий. Предложенный механизм позволит получать на выходе работы системы управленческое решение.
