Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы институциональных изменений. Проведен анализ западных и отечественных исследований, посвященных природе институциональных. Внимание обращается на недостаточную степень разработанности концепции адекватных институциональных изменений для стран с Х-матрицей. Авторы предлагают возможные сценарии трансформации институциональной среды (на примере Республики Беларусь), отталкиваясь от идеи о том, что малая базовая матрица является устойчивым образованием и может находиться в различных соотношениях с цивилизационными матрицами (как родственными, так и противоположными).
