Методика Оценки Производительности Труда На Основе Чистой Добавленной Стоимости (На Примере Предприятий Молочной Промышленности)

Abstract

Статья посвящена экспериментальному применению авторской методики оценки производительности труда основанной на чистой добавленной стоимости. Исследование было проведено на основании данных предприятий молочной промышленности Республики Беларусь. Автор проводит сравнительный анализ результатов, полученных на основании авторской методики и рекомендуемой к применению в Республике Беларусь. Приведены результаты анализа необоснованных темпов роста заработной платы относительно темпов роста производительности труда. Изучены сложности в применении авторской методики и даны рекомендации по их устранению. Изучена тенденция динамики производительности труда на предприятиях молочной промышленности на базе авторской и рекомендуемой методики. Приведены результаты в исследовании взаимосвязи авторской методики и рекомендуемой методики с показателями эффективности функционирования предприятия.
