Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основы правового регулирования интеллектуальной собственности в рамках Евразийского экономического союза, а также деятельность Евразийской экономической комиссии в сфере охраны и защиты прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности. Авторы затрагивают проблемные вопросы в сфере интеллектуальной собственности (в частности, исчерпание исключительного права на товарный знак) в Армении, Беларуси, Казахстане и России.
