Доверие Международным Организациям Как Показатель Интеграционных Настроений

Abstract

В настоящей статье рассматривается уровень доверия 10 международным организациям: ООН, СНГ, ЕС, АТЭС, САМ, НАФТА, МЕРКОСУР, АС, АСЕАН и ЛАГ. Авторами используется вторичный анализ материалов 6-й волны крупнейшего кросс-культурного проекта «Всемирное исследование ценностей», которая охватывает 55 стран мира. Обращаясь к классификации американо-венгерского экономиста Б. Балаша, выделяющего пять уровней интеграции международных союзов (зона свободной торговли, таможенный союз, общий рынок, экономический и валютный союз, политический союз), авторы делают предположение о том, что уровень доверия зависит от степени интеграции. Однако результаты проведенного исследования опровергают эту гипотезу. Наиболее высоким уровнем доверия обладают АСЕАН и СНГ, находящиеся на первой стадии, а ЕС, характеризующийся самой высокой степенью интеграции по сравнению с другими союзами, занимает лишь седьмое место из 10 возможных.
