Трудовая Миграция В Рамках Евразийского Экономического Союза

Abstract

Автор отмечает, что свобода передвижения рабочей силы между рядом стран бывшего СССР расширялась на каждом этапе интеграции. Однако в рамках СНГ оставались неурегулированными вопросы доступа трудящихся cоюза на об- щий рынок труда. Договор о ЕАЭС, подписанный главами государств в Аста- не в 2014 году, выводит данное направление сотрудничества на качественно новый уровень. Разделом Договора «Трудовая миграция» предусмотрен ряд мер, которые обеспечивают свободу осуществления трудовой деятельности на территориях государств‑членов. В материале также описана работа в дан- ном направлении в рамках Евразийской экономической комиссии, в частности, отвечающего за передвижение трудовых ресурсов отдела «Трудовая миграция» Департамента развития предпринимательской деятельности ЕЭК.
