Abstract

Анализируя в традиционном ежеквартальном обзоре состояние экономик стран региона СНГ, автор отмечает общее значительное ухудшение внешнеэкономических условий: одновременно с ужесточением режима антироссийских санкций со стороны Запада, дополнительно существенно ограничивших доступ российских компаний и банков к международным рынкам капитала, произошло масштабное падение цен на энергоносители со снижением объема переводов, направляемых из России в страны СНГ. Автор подробно описывает неравномерную экономическую динамику в рассматриваемый период и дает прогноз относительно перспективы роста ВВП для государств СНГ на срок до двух лет.
