Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам трансграничного перевода пенсионных прав на пространстве шести стран: России, Беларуси, Казахстана, входящих в ТС и ЕЭП, а также Кыргызстана, Армении и Таджикистана, интегрирующихся в рамках ТС ЕЭП и формируемого Евразийского экономического союза. Материал основан на совместном докладе Центра интеграционных исследований ЕАБР и Программы Всемирного банка МИРПАЛ «Мобильность пенсий в рамках Евразийского экономического союза и СНГ». Авторы показали позитивные и негативные стороны введения общего пенсионного пространства и дали рекомендации по практическому введению общего пенсионного пространства в странах создаваемого ЕАЭС.
