Abstract

В условиях форсирования индустриально-инновационных процессов и создания ЕЭП появляется объективная необходимость разработки сценария развития конкурентоспособности, объединяющего основные стратегические положения программ модернизации экономик Беларуси, Казахстана и России. Изменение структуры экономики становится обязательным условием преодоления негативных структурных тенденций, прежде всего в сфере топливно-энергетического и продовольственного комплексов.
