Abstract

У статті розкрита практична значимість соціальної відповідальності на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, реалізація якої можлива за допомогою приватно-державного партнерства в період проведення структурних змін. Розглянуто вплив національної стратегії соціально-відповідального бізнесу (СВБ) на залізничну галузь, а також наведені пропозиції щодо розширення меж співробітництва підприємств залізничного транспорту з вітчизняними та міжнародними організаціями. Зокрема, в період проведення змін аналіз сильних та слабких сторін залізничної галузі показав необхідність пошуку нових методів досягнення соціальної відповідальності на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, таких як вступ до Глобальної мережі ООН, Українського союзу промисловців та підприємців (УСПП).
