Rationale for the implementation of logistics systems for enterprise

Abstract

To create an effective network and the successful implementation of logistics activities necessary to conduct a careful design of building logistics systems in the industry. Strategic logistics, based on long-term goals of the company, can significantly change the whole system of the enterprise organization. Any logistic transformation involving significant costs, and therefore requires the implementation of a consistent and deployed in space and time of a program of activities that are both complex of socio-economic, organizational, technical, informational, legal, personnel and other prerequisites for the creation of full-fledged logistics software existing structures. As a relatively new tool management, logistics is a synthesis of many techniques and principles such traditional areas as marketing, production, finance, transportation. Using logistic concepts allows for tight integration of production, logistics, transport and transfer of information on the movement of goods in a single system.
