Mechanism of restructuring of airlines: improvement of methodological bases

Abstract

In this article the feasibility of using a set of performance indicators restructuring. On the basis of classification trees justified "national standards" successful restructuring airlines are recommended for monitoring the effectiveness of their current reorganization process. On the basis of a systematic approach sorted economic needs of airlines, defining priorities and restructuring. The approach to the definition of norms in the criteria for selecting the direction and type of restructuring. Recommended two-step mechanism for restructuring airlines: strategic, tactical. The first step is the identity of the business system to ensure appropriateness of continuing to provide basic services to the airline industry. Adapted to the conditions of operation of airlines through the second phase of the logistics restructuring the airline must ensure synchronicity and sufficiency of cash flows.
