Estimation of quality enterprise''s labor force

Abstract

Nature cathegory of “quality labor force” as enterprise competition advantage and factor that determines efficiency any economic activity was considered in this article. It is detected, that approach that situated on employer’s social qualification allow to reach maximum companys goals throw organization loyalty and organization culture. Methodological approaches of assessment of enterprise’s quality labor force was analized. It was found that quality labor force often estimates by qualification, education, work experience and employer’s age. It is suggested making estimation with index of employer’s organization loyalty, that shows degree of conformity between employer’s goals and values and enterprise’s goals and values as necessary part of labor force quality assessment. That allows company to use available manpower capital most fully to rich their goals.
