Effective labour behaviour: essence, formation conditions, approach to estimate

Abstract

People are the main value of any social and economic system, both economy as a whole, and the separate organization. Therefore in social and economic systems of all levels it is important to create conditions of a full development of the person and to investigate prerequisites which are necessary for increase of efficiency of worker’s labor behavior. In article author's definition of the category "effective labor behaviour" in narrow and broad understanding is offered, its essence and the contents is opened; are analysed existing and own approach to an assessment of efficiency of labor behavior with allocation of its five components and taking into account the principle of sociocultural identity is offered
