Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання щодо визначення сутності інноваційного менеджменту на підприємствах. Інноваційний менеджмент розглядається як комплексний цілісний процес управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства на всіх етапах виробничого циклу та реалізації продукції. Функціональний інноваційний менеджмент націлений на ефективне управління процесом розроблення, упровадження, виробництва та комерціалізації інновації, при цьому важливим моментом є синхронізація функціональних підсистем, удосконалення координуючих дій операційної системи виробництва, управління персоналом і здійснення контролю за інноваційним процесом.
