Теоретичні Положення Забезпечення Інвестиційного Розвитку Локомотивного Господарства На Основі Вартості Життєвого Циклу

Abstract

Проаналізовано проблеми, що виникають у зв’язку із реалізацією програми оновлення тягового рухомого складу локомотивного господарства залізниць України. Розглянуто теоретичні положення оновлення тягового рухомого складу на основі вартості життєвого циклу. Визначено, що використання економічного показника вартість життєвого циклу як одного з основних критеріїв при оцінках і ухваленні рішень інвестиційного характеру на довгостроковий період потребує адаптації до особливостей експлуатаційної роботи тягового рухомого складу залізниць України. Визначено, що запропонований науково-прикладний підхід слід покласти в основу техніко-економічних досліджень альтернативних варіантів інвестиційних рішень розвитку локомотивного господарства залізниць України.
