Public-private partnership as a factor of effective development of the social complex of the region

Abstract

Substantiated, the mechanism of partnership between government and business, which is now forming in Ukraine and is in the development stage, and therefore requires a significant improvement of the legal and methodological base. It is proved that the use of public-private partnership is an effective tool to achieve the strategic goals of the social complex of the region. Presented the logical scheme of forming an effective mechanism of public private partnership projects at the level social complex of the region. Substantiated the propositions, which are aimed at the implementation of measures related which use of the potential of state-private partnership in order to enhance the efficiency of budget expenditures.
