Formation of personnel management strategy as a tool for effective support of railway

Abstract

The article stipulates that the main instrument of effective human resource capacity rail transport is the strategy of human resource management. Bold principles which should form the HR strategy PAT ultrasound, instruments of its implementation allowed to form a general purpose and objectives of the strategy, develop a set of measures to ensure the quality of working life of the railway employees, the main of which is the involvement of staff in the effective implementation of corporate objectives and improve the system of motivation adaptation of personnel to the changes occurring in the course of reform, socialization of rail transport, improving corporate social responsibility and social partnership, development of corporate personnel management system.
