Abstract

The article defines and describes the main factors of managing the formation of the work potential of airports. Different aspects of the airports activities in terms of the factors that affect them are considered. The vertical and horizontal relationship between the groups of factors are investigated. The results of the two-dimensional classification factors that control the formation of the work potential of the airport with the release of various groups of factors (scientific-technical, socio-economic, political-legal, nature-climatic, cultural) and specifying different levels of exposure (exogenous factors and endogenous factors) are powered. The practical importance of all groups of factors and levels of exposure are emphasized. The importance of a comprehensive analysis of the factors that reflect causal relationships related to the forming work potential of the airport and work potential of the worker for the formation of methodological and information base for further evaluation of work potential are specified.
