Abstract

The main task of economic policy of any country in the modern period the full improvement of technical level and quality of goods and services. Qualitative and competitive goods and services sold on the domestic and foreign markets, should match the latest achievements of science and high technical-and-economic, aesthetic and other consumer requirements and needs. The quality of the products is influenced by many factors. In order to account for all the factors and ensure their optimal values, needs a quality system. Quality system a set of organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources needed for the implementation of total quality management (administrative quality management). Traditional functional distribution of responsibility, according to which, in particular, quality control departments are responsible for the quality, production links for the output of products etc, is considered to be obsolete, because it creates the possibility of the existence of the gap between production tasks and objectives of quality assurance. However, we should consider the fact that the specifics of the enterprise activity impact on the complex of measures on improvement of the management process and the methodologies to be utilized at the enterprise. Quality management system is a special organization of the production system. To ensure quality at the enterprise is possible only when all processes technical, technological, organizational will be interconnected through quality management. Quality is a system, and this system you want to manage. Today every company regardless of its size and branch specific risks quickly be outside the sphere of the decision of problems of quality, if it refuses to implement the quality management system. Of course, each company individual and absolutely the same approach to solving the problem of quality can not be.
