Abstract

У статті розглядається питання управління прибутком підприємства. Прибуток є остаточною грошовою оцінкою виробничої та фінансової діяльності підприємства. Забезпечення ефективного управління результатом діяльності підприємства призводить до позитивної динаміки прибутку. Велику роль в механізмі управління прибутком відіграє система управління прибутком. Її організаційна складова це взаємозалежна сукупність внутрішніх структурних служб і підрозділів підприємства, які забезпечують розробку і прийняття управлінських рішень щодо формування прибутку і несуть відповідальність за результати цих рішень.
