Abstract

Studied features of the process of personnel management in the enterprise's competitive performance. Attention is paid to the problems of motivation. Substantiated that effective personnel management system improves performance of employees and production efficiency, affects the competitiveness of enterprises. Defined the dual nature of impact the staff at the company competitiveness. In modern management concepts, man is regarded as the supreme value, the human factor is the main factor in a highly efficient production. Formation mechanism of personnel management the problem requires urgent and speedy improvement and adaptation to the objective conditions of modernity. Control mechanism plays an important role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of enterprises.
