Estimation of modern condition and prospects of development of corporate management in the telecommunications operator

Abstract

One of the main factors that affect the successful activity of the company is its ability to access to investment resources. Since, due to monopolization of the telecommunications market, the current state and prospects of development are the same for all operators, detailed attention endowed JSC "MTS". The company may not rely on the trust of investors and the receipt of external funding, if it takes no action on the implementation of good corporate governance, namely, adequate protection of the rights of investors, reliable mechanisms of management and control, openness and transparency in its activities. The essence of corporate governance is the system of relations between investors owners of the company, its managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective activities of the company, the balance of influence and balance of interests of participants of corporate relations. Under the corporate management means the management of economic activities of the Corporation with the purpose of effective use of integrated capital and balanced development. Department of economic activity that is subject to ensure the equitable treatment of all shareholders, including those owning small blocks of shares and foreign) and the coordination of interests of all subjects of the joint-stock company (shareholders, managers, employees, customers, partners and suppliers, the state and the public). The main global trend is the rapid development of mobile communication and the Internet, which is confirmed by the growth of users of telecommunications networks. An important trend in recent years is also a concentration of national and international telecommunications market and strengthening of the largest companies, leading to a process of globalization.
