Abstract

In modern market conditions of each company power is interested in the effective management of its marketing activities. In particular, he needs to know how to analyze market opportunities, select the required target markets, to develop an effective marketing complex and successfully manage the implementation of marketing activities. The activity of the enterprises of a food is one of the most important factors giving the integral assessment of the socio-economic level of the society, and understanding of his condition, it is necessary for the formation of perspective plans for both representatives of the industry, and for organizations supervising the Modern restaurant marketing is not just one of the functions or components of this business, but his philosophy, style of thinking and a way to organize the business, understanding as such. And of course, as the majority thinks, this is not another advertising campaign, not a means to stimulate demand for instant benefits. Marketing is a component of the activity of each employee from the cloakroom to the owner of the enterprise supply. Tools of marketing is to create such a value for the customer, which creates motivation for visiting institutions in the restaurant industry and satisfy their real needs. Strategic marketing is based on the definition of target segments segment and writing specific proposals for each of them positioning. These two processes are inextricably linked and represent a marketing strategy.
